- notify the Company of any objection to the purposes of data processing or if the User wishes the Company to cease processing the User’s personal data by sending a corresponding notice (such a notice constitutes grounds for the termination of the relationship between the Parties under the Affiliate Agreement published on this website).
6. Company’s Rights
The Company has the right to:
- terminate any contractual relationship (as stipulated in the Affiliate Agreement published on the Company’s website) with the User in the event that the User fails to provide consent to the processing of their personal data by the Company for the purposes specified in this Policy;
- amend this Policy unilaterally, with any changes effective upon publication on this website; where required by law, Users will be notified of any material changes.
7. Company’s Obligations
The Company shall:
