• Both CPA and RevShare payouts shall be made on a monthly basis, as agreed with the affiliate manager.
• The minimum test cap shall be ten (10) FDs. Where the partner delivers traffic below the minimum test cap, the affiliate program reserves the right to place the relevant payout on hold until such minimum cap is reached.
• In the event that prohibited traffic sources are identified, the affiliate program reserves the right to extend the payout hold period pending clarification of the relevant circumstances, reject individual conversions at its sole discretion, up to and including full non-payment, and/or suspend the partner’s account.
• The affiliate program reserves the right not to pay any overcap exceeding ten (10) FDs.
• Where CPA traffic is, for objective reasons, determined to be of inadequate quality, the affiliate program reserves the right to remunerate such traffic under the RevShare model.
• Any further terms, including, without limitation, traffic sources, limits, and rates, shall be agreed following the completion of testing and analysis of the relevant results. Overcaps may remain unpaid notwithstanding satisfactory traffic quality.
• WebView applications shall ensure uninterrupted server availability, which shall be guaranteed by the partner. Players must retain access to the services through such applications, including in the event that the applications are removed from the App Store or Google Play.
• Applications must support both portrait and landscape orientation, provide access to the internal file system for the purpose of uploading media files to the casino website, and include a Back button for Android devices. Each application shall be subject to functionality testing prior to integration. The partner shall provide links to Google Play and/or the App Store, as well as relevant deep links.
• Either party may request amendments to the cooperation terms no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the commencement of the following month. Any amendment initiated by the partner shall be subject to the company’s prior written approval.
• Payouts shall be made only following completion of traffic analysis. Where fraud is suspected, the company reserves the right to place the partner’s payout on hold pending further review.
• Payouts in respect of first deposits (FDs) made by referred users shall accrue only during the term of cooperation. Where a user registers via the link but makes their first deposit after termination of the cooperation, no payment shall be due in respect of such user.
• In the event of fraud or prohibited traffic, all FDs shall be deemed non-payable.
